Greenpoint Landing, located along the East River near the intersection of Brooklyn and Queens, will be comprised of 11 separate buildings totalling 4.2 million square feet. The project includes rental units, condominiums, parking, retail space, public parks, and a marina. Affordable housing will comprise 20% of the residential units. Amenities in the residential towers include gyms, spas, residential lounges and party rooms, indoor swimming pools, rooftop terraces, private park spaces, indoor basketball court, bowling alley, and squash facilities. Residents will have stunning 360-degree views across the East River to Manhattan, North to Queens, south to Lower Manhattan, and east to Brooklyn and beyond.
