Millennium Tower Residences

This 35-story residential tower is located just north of the Ritz-Carlton Downtown and offers residents dramatic, panoramic views of New York Harbor, the Statue of Liberty, Lower Manhattan, and the Hudson River.

In keeping with Battery Park City Authority's pledge to create a sustainable community, the Millennium Tower Residences is LEED Gold-Certified as a Green Building by the U.S. Green Building Council. Sustainable design features include: reducing energy use in the building by 25 filtered fresh air in all units; recycled construction materials from local sources; solar rooftop panels; and a roof garden landscaped to capture and recycle rainwater for re-use and irrigation.

The Millennium Tower Residences features 236 luxury condominiums with one, two, and three bedrooms. Other amenities include a fitness center, kids' club, and storage for residents.
