Regent Square Tower
HoustonLocated between downtown Houston and the Galleria and adjacent to the upscale River Oaks neighborhood, this 28-story residential tower is part of a 15-acre masterplan intended to create Houston's first new pedestrian neighborhood.
Designed for the GID Urban Development Group (a part of the General Investment & Development Companies), the tower incorporates two distinctly different halves, both of which integrate the client's request for balconies in every unit. The eastern half is floor-to-ceiling curtainwall with views to downtown Houston. The western half introduces double-height outdoor space to each unit with expansive views out over low-lying buildings towards Houston's Memorial Park.
When complete, the Regent Square tower will be a LEED-Certified Green Building with 150 condominiums, a 15,000 square foot amenity deck, and 10,000 square feet of indoor amenity areas.
