Aykon City includes two 60+ story towers atop landscaped pool deck on Sheikh Zayed Road.
Aykon City is a new mixed-use development on Sheikh Zayed Road, just south of downtown Dubai. The development overlooks the Dubai Canal network and forms the gateway to the glamorous Burj area. The two tower project includes a 962-unit residential tower and hotel tower, both atop a podium of parking and shared amenities.
The 62- and 63-story towers were sited to create two distinctive and iconic structures along Shaikh Zayed Road, holding both corners and creating a highly visible statement. Both are shaped to maximize views through a gentle curve in the building form, and are sculpted to flow with one another even as they maintain their individuality.
